Itinerary

DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL

On arrival at Noi Bai airport, our tour guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi. Free time in Hanoi

DAY 02: HANOI CITY TOUR

08:00: pick you up at your  hotel. We visit Ho Chi Minh Complex with Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Ba Dinh square, One Pillar pagoda and Temple of Literature. Have a lunch in restaurant. The rest of the day we will visit the museum of Ethnic Minority, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Tour ends at hotel arround 17:00 PM. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 03: HANOI – BAI DINH PAGODA – TRANG AN – TAM COC

08:00: Our tour guide and car pick up at your hotel to depart for Ninh Binh province.

Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel…

In the afternoon, depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers – a Ha Long on land of Ninh Binh.

Move on to Tam Coc, on arrival check in hotel and have dinner and overnight in Tamcoc.

DAY 04: TAM COC – BICH DONG – HANOI

Have breakfast at hotel, then enjoy Tam Coc boat trip for 2 hour to visit the most of beautiful landscape of Ninh Binh, during boat trip, visiting 3 different caves (1st cave, 2nd cave, 3rd cave).

After Tamcoc, we can visite Bich Dong pagoda have lunch and return Hanoi, en-route we can visit Dinh temple, Le temple at Hoa lu area.

Arrival Hanoi, drop you at your hotel.

DAY 05: HANOI – HA GIANG

Depart from Hanoi at 08 am and take the road towards Viet Tri and Quang Tuyen (Route No.2 ) through the delta of the Red River. Lunch in a Tuyen Quang town, an area famous for green tea plantations . Arrive in Ha Giang. Dinner and overnight in a house on stilts in a Thai village.

DAY 06: HA GIANG – DONG VAN

Drive on the undulating terrain, through extraordinary mountainous landscapes and terraced paddy fields. You will stop at the Quyet Tien Market where the minority groups of the Nung, the White Hmong, the Po Y, the Dao Lanten and the Tay gather to trade their produce. Proceed to the Heaven’s Gate and the Fairy Mountain before visiting a White Hmong village which specializes in flax weaving. This is a wonderful opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the village. There will be another visit to a village of the Zao Lanten before taking a lunch break. After lunch, drive up to the altitude of 1,432m to visit an ancient village of the White Hmong; you will then proceed to Sung La to discover a LoLo house and its people. Afterwards, visit the impressive ancient Hmong King Palace before reaching Dong Van Town. Arrive in the late afternoon and check into a hotel.

DAY 07: DONG VAN – MEO VAC – BAO LAM – HA GIANG

In the morning, visit Dong Van minority market (one of the most beautiful minority markets in Vietnam). Before reaching the peak of Ma Pi Leng, you will be able to admire the panoramic views of a rocky mountain, a river and paddy field terraces. Visit Meo Vac Market where cattle are traded then proceed to Bao Lam Town for lunch. After lunch, drive along the Gam River to Ha Giang. Upon arrival, experience a warm welcomed from a hospitable Tay family who offers overnight accommodation in their stilt house. Although the place only provides basic comfort, you will find the stay an unforgettable experience. Have a memorable dinner with a local Tay family.

DAY 08: HA GIANG – SAPA

We leave village for Sa Pa. The scenery on route is quite beautiful. You will have some stops for taking pictures. We arrive in Sa Pa around 5:00 PM.

After dinner, you are free strolling around the little town. The town of 1600 elevation, once was summer retreat of French officals, is quite popular now thanks to its scenic landscape, colorful hill tribes and cool climate in summer.

DAY 09: SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA VAN

Have breakfast at the hotel before starting to trek downhill to Y Linh Ho and Muong Hoa Valley through rice paddies and small hamlets to learn the life of hill tribes here. Communicate with local people in Lao Chai village.

Have a picnic lunch. Afternoon, continue trekking through villages and rice terraced fields to Ta Van village settled by Dzay ethnic which is supposed to be the most beautiful one in the area.

Enjoy dinner and overnight in homestay.

DAY 10: TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN – BAN HO – SAPA

After our breakfast there’s more time to look around and experience life in Ta Van, we then continue our trekking along the valley, through bamboo forest, reach to Giang Ta Chai village of red Dao before heading up to Su Pan and Ban Ho village, through bamboo forest, enjoy landscapes…. the village lies within a beautiful valley, home to the Tay minority people who have their traditional house on stilts.

Enjoy dinner and overnight in homestay.

DAY 11: SAPA – HANOI

After breakfast, back to Hanoi. Arrival Hanoi, free time for rest.

DAY 12: HANOI – HALONG BAY

At 08:00 AM, we will start our tour to Halong Bay.

The vehicle takes us through the Red River Delta for 3,5 hour and we will arrive the port at around midday. Welcome by the Cruiser crew team and enjoy fresh seafood lunch while the cruise is gliding out.

In the afternoon, we visit Vung Vieng village and learn about life in Halong bay communities. Visit Vung Ha area for kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in one of the Bay’s hidden coves. Back to Cruise and free time. Dinner and overnight on boat.

DAY 13: HALONG BAY – HANOI

Enjoy Taichi on the sundeck. Coffee, tee and breakfast in the dining room. Transfer by tender to Sung Sot cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave  for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down and return to the cruise.

Lunch will be served when cruising back to the port where our awaiting vehicle will transfer us back to Hanoi. Arrival Hanoi, the tour ends. Say goodbye.

For a refund, you need to notify us in advance within the specified time, which is 3 days prior! Additionally, the cancellation of the booking will depend on each tour, so for detailed answers, please contact us.

Can I change the travel date?

You can change the travel date, but you need to notify us in advance! Additionally, it depends on the tour you booked, as there are regulations on how many days in advance you need to notify us for changes, with an average of 3 days! If you cancel or change the date at the last minute, we will charge a 100% fee.
